Billing behavior
Charges use the price in your AWS Marketplace agreement. One unit is reported only after an output is generated and its OOXML ZIP structure is validated.

Not metered
- Authentication and validation failures.
- Unsupported or corrupted source files.
- Failed and expired tasks.
- Task status queries and result downloads.
- Idempotent replays of an existing task.
- Documentation page views.
For a suspected incorrect charge, email support@corenovacloud.com within 48 hours with the AWS account ID, task ID, and timestamp. Do not send customer files or presigned URLs.
